Our home computer systems core hardware comes with a 1Year working warranty.

You don't have time to troubleshoot hardware issues!  Our support will work with you to fix the problem.

If we can't fix the problem within 1 hour of your support phone call, your Bassett Systems computer will be replaced with a new Bassett Systems computer (Free*).

We don't bother you with replacing faulty components or lengthy troubleshooting.  Your time is precious.  If your systems hardware is faulty,

We will deliver or ship you out a new system within 24 hours.

Conditions:

If  Bassett Systems support determines that your computers hardware has become faulty we will replace the major item:  Computer CPU or Monitor.(keyboard, mouse, speakers and Printer are 90 Days from purchase)

*Computer service seals must not be broken or warranty will be voided. Computers with service seals that are broken must have a service seal tracking number assigned from Bassett Systems Support to be eligible.

*This does not cover software related issues. (Viruses, Spy ware Mal Ware ect. that have infected your computer and or self installed applications that have slowed computer performance.

* UPS Ground shipping takes 3-5 business days from ship date. Tracking numbers will be provided.
